CROCK POT BEEF.

Place 3 LBS Bottom Round in crockpot. Top wtih  1 large onion, sliced .  Combine 1 can mushroom soup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt,  1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp dry mustard (optional).   Pour over beef. Cook on low 8 hours. 

ONE DISH CHICKEN BAKE

Place 4 boneless, skinless breasts in baking dish.  Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1/3 cup milk or sour cream and pour over chicken.  Mix 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix wtih 1 1/4 cups hot water and 3 Tbl melted margarine.  Spoon on top of chicken and bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.

SALAMI PIE

Mix together 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup chopped salami, 1 cup milk, 3/4 cup flour,  1 beaten egg, 1/2 tsp oregano,  salt & pepper to taste.  Bake in 8" pie pan 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

EASY FETTUCINE ALFREDO

Over medium-low heat, stir  16 oz sour cream (light or regular), 1/8 cup crushed parsley or oregano, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.   Cook 12 oz fettucine, drain and combine with sauce.  Serves 4.

OLD FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING

Scald 3 cups milk and 1/2 stick margarine.  In separate bowl, beat  4 eggs, 3/4 cups sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp nutmeg.  Cut 4 slices of bread in cubes and place in 2 quart baking dish.  Pour scalded milk into egg mixture and then pour all over bread.  Sprinkle top with nutmeg.  Bake at 350 degrees in a pan filled with 1/4" hot water for 40- 45 minutes.   Optional:  1/2 cup raisins.
